In May, Ms. Amandine Raphanel, delegate from Inter-Beaujolais, will present a comprehensive tour of Beaujolais’ region: its districts, its terroir, and viticulture. Together with Mr. Nelson Chow, Chairman of Hong Kong Sommelier Association, the experts will be guiding us through a wonderful tasting of various Beaujolais appellations with Cantonese dishes from star restaurant Ming Court.
