In the past, overseas touring trips were organized by travel agents with limited choice of varieties of themes. With the introduction of Internet, it has opened a lot of opportunities in finding information and connecting people around the world. In this seminar, the, the speaker will share his experience in using Internet to gather information, book hotel and tours. This model was used to organize a number of trips with the themes ¡§Italian Wine, Truffle and Coffee Tour¡¨, ¡§Les Gouttes de Dieu (¯«¤§¤ôºw) Wine Tour¡¨ and ¡§Searching World¡¦s culinary stars in Italy Tour¡¨. Besides these, he will also share his experience in visiting wineries which use the state of art technology for making wine.
