Bottle Shock Dinner at Yung Kee ¡V wine list

The idea of this dinner comes from the movie ¡§Bottle Shock¡¨ which is about a very important event in Wine, Judgement of Paris. In this event, a number of wines from France and US were compared by blind tasting. The original wines used are extremely difficult to get. For this dinner, Peter would consider that this is a more affordable version of the Judgement of Paris. Still, the wines are not cheap. For example, at least two of the wines costs more than a $1000 each.
